The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If the fuel is less, additional charges will apply. Extra fuel will not be refunded or adjusted.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Rescheduling is free when requested in advance. Cancellation is free when requested more than 6 hours before pickup. Inside 6 hours, a cancellation charge may apply depending on the booking.

Can I drive outside Karnataka to Tamil Nadu or Kerala?

Accepted Answer

Yes, interstate travel to Tamil Nadu and Kerala is allowed. Additional charges may apply depending on the route and destination: any permit fee or border tax at the state boundary is yours rather than ours, and it is not in the daily rate or the deposit. For any other state, ask us first. Tell us your route when you send the request and we will tell you what to expect before you set off.

What should I know about driving to Ooty or Wayanad via Bandipur?

Ooty and Wayanad routes through Bandipur may have forest restrictions and specific timings. Please inform us of your destination before the trip.

What happens if the vehicle has a flat tyre or breakdown?

In case of a flat tyre, a spare/stepney tyre is provided where applicable. For breakdowns, contact us immediately for assistance.

Can I get the car delivered to Mysore Railway Station or my hotel?

Yes, within Mysuru city. Delivery to Mysore Railway Station or your hotel in the city can be arranged for cars, subject to availability, and it is free. For anywhere outside Mysuru city, message us on WhatsApp first. Two-wheelers are collected from our Bannimantap premises.

Is there a kilometre limit on rentals?

Yes. The standard limit is 300 km per day. Distance beyond that is charged per kilometre, at the rate shown on the page for the vehicle you choose.

The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years, with a valid original Driving Licence.

Yes, rental extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. Additional rental charges will apply.

Do you charge a cleaning fee for normal road dust?

Normal road dust is acceptable. For excessive dust, dirt or unusual cleaning, a ₹250 cleaning charge may apply.

Yes, another person can drive with prior approval and after submitting their original valid Driving Licence for verification.

Our cars cost ₹1,800–₹12,000 per day and our two-wheelers ₹700–₹1,500, including GST. Every vehicle's page shows its own daily rate, and the pricing page lists all of them. The security deposit is separate.

We do not name one vehicle as best. Both trips climb into the hills, and our 13 SUVs and MUVs are the larger body types, seating up to 7 with boots for up to 4 bags. The Ooty and Coorg trip guides list the vehicle types that suit each route. Tell us on WhatsApp how many are travelling and how much luggage you have, and we will suggest one.

How much does bike rental cost in Mysore?

₹700 per day for the Suzuki Access 125, and ₹1,500 per day for the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Royal Enfield Himalayan 411, including GST, with a ₹5,000 security deposit. 300 km per day is included, and helmets are provided.
