What is the fuel policy?
Same-to-same — return the vehicle at the fuel level you received it at.
We record the fuel level together at handover. Return the vehicle at that same level. Fuel itself is not included in the rental.
How many kilometres are included?
300 km per day is included with every vehicle.
Every car and two-wheeler in the fleet includes 300 km per day. Distance beyond that is charged per kilometre, at the rate shown on the vehicle’s own page.
What does extra distance cost?
₹15 per km on 7-seaters and the Thar. Other 5-seaters: ₹10 per km under ₹2,000 a day, ₹12 per km at ₹2,000 and above.
Beyond the included 300 km per day, extra distance is charged per kilometre. All 7-seaters are ₹15/km, and so is the Mahindra Thar. Other 5-seaters are ₹10/km where the vehicle is under ₹2,000 per day and ₹12/km at ₹2,000 per day and above. The exact rate for the car you choose is shown on its own page, and that is the figure that applies.
Can I drive outside Karnataka?
You may drive into Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You pay any permit fee or border tax the trip needs.
Interstate travel to Tamil Nadu and Kerala is allowed. Additional charges may apply depending on the route and destination: a permit or a border tax at the state boundary is yours to pay, not ours, and it is not included in the rental, the deposit or the daily rate. For any other state, ask us before you send your request. Tell us where you are heading and we will tell you what to expect before you set off.
Are fuel and tolls included?
Fuel and tolls are not included in the rental.
The rental covers the vehicle. Fuel and any road tolls incurred during your trip are yours to pay.
What is the minimum age?
The driver or rider must be at least 21.
Anyone driving or riding the vehicle must be 21 years of age or older, and must hold a valid original Driving Licence.
What documents do I need?
Your original Driving Licence, plus any one of Aadhaar, PAN or Voter ID.
Bring your original Driving Licence — not a copy or a photograph, and not DigiLocker — together with any one of your Aadhaar, your PAN or your Voter ID. We check them in person at handover. Nothing is uploaded to this website.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free to cancel more than 6 hours before pickup.
Rescheduling is free when requested in advance. Cancellation is free when requested more than 6 hours before pickup. Inside 6 hours, a cancellation charge may apply depending on the booking.
When is the security deposit refunded?
Refunded on the spot after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Can the car be delivered?
Yes, free within Mysuru city: to Mysore Railway Station or your hotel, subject to availability. Outside the city, message us on WhatsApp.
Delivery is free within Mysuru city. Choose it when you send your request and give the address — Mysore Railway Station or your hotel — and we confirm it with your dates. It depends on availability, so it is confirmed rather than guaranteed. For delivery outside Mysuru city, message us on WhatsApp first.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 48 hours. GST is not refunded.
Where a refund is due it is processed within 48 hours. The GST component is not returned, so a refund is of the amount paid less GST.
Two-wheelers
Do I need a two-wheeler licence?
Your Driving Licence must include the two-wheeler class. A car licence alone does not cover it.
A two-wheeler licence is a different class from a car licence. We check the class on your original Driving Licence at handover, for the vehicle you are collecting.
Are helmets provided?
Helmets are provided, and wearing one is mandatory.

Can a two-wheeler be delivered?
No. Two-wheelers are collected and returned at our Bannimantap premises.
Two-wheelers are not delivered. Collect and return them at our premises in Bannimantap, open 24 hours.
