Our rental terms are with our lawyers and are not published yet. Rather than put up a draft you might rely on, here is exactly where things stand.
What this website does
This site takes booking requests. It does not take payment, and sending a request does not create a rental contract or reserve a vehicle. A person reads your request and replies to confirm whether the car is free for your dates.
What you will actually sign
The binding agreement is the rental agreement you sign in person at handover, together with the vehicle condition record you and our team complete at the same time. Nothing on this website overrides that document.
Full terms coming soon
The full terms of rental will be published here soon. Until then, the policies that apply to your rental — the security deposit, cancellation, fuel, distance and the documents to bring — are set out on our requirements page. If you need to know anything else, ask us and we will answer directly.
