  • Fuel and tolls: Fuel and tolls are not included in the rental.
  • Minimum driver age: The driver or rider must be at least 21.
  • Documents: Your original Driving Licence, plus any one of Aadhaar, PAN or Voter ID.
  • Cancellation: Free to cancel more than 6 hours before pickup.
  • Security deposit refund: Refunded on the spot after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 48 hours. GST is not refunded.
  • Two-wheeler licence: Your Driving Licence must include the two-wheeler class. A car licence alone does not cover it.
  • Helmets: Helmets are provided, and wearing one is mandatory.
  • Collection: No. Two-wheelers are collected and returned at our Bannimantap premises.
