Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect four things: your name, your phone number, your email address, and an optional note. Nothing else. We do not ask for your licence number, your address, your date of birth or any document on this website — those are checked in person at handover and are not stored here.

2. What your browser stores

While you are filling in a booking request, your answers so far — including your name, phone number and email — are saved in your browser’s sessionStorage so that going back a step, or reloading, does not lose your work. This is on your device only; it is never sent anywhere except when you press Send booking request, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.

Separately, if you tick Remember my details on this device, your name, phone number and email are kept in localStorage so you do not have to retype them next time. That box is off by default, and unticking it deletes what was saved. On a shared or public computer, leave it unticked.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

3. What happens to a booking request

A submitted request is sent to our own booking inbox so that a person can confirm it with you. It is not shared with anyone else, and it is not used for marketing. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

4. Retention

We are finalising how long booking records are kept and will state the period here before this policy is final. Until then, treat this section as incomplete.

5. Asking us about your data

To ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete it, message us on WhatsApp and we will handle it. We will publish a dedicated contact for data requests, and the name of the person responsible for them, before this policy is final.
